SUPPORT 1999- 2010 Mr. Allen is a Project Manager and Field
Engineer. Mr. Allen has travelled to 80+ customer OCONUS sites,
providing installation/training/O&M support for corporate and stand-alone
systems (Server, Lotus Notes/Domino, WAN/LAN and workstation/printer support
For Field, HQ administrators and clients). He assisted in the
installation of new software/hardware and data migration in association with
corporate system upgrades. Mr. Allen has written system security plans
and assisted in the conception, purchase, design, building, shipping,
installation and training for customer/COTS products for translation, video
editing/processing, virus scanning, and word processing (T-VICE workstation,
Version One and Two). The T-VICE was built and installed in multiple
OCONUS locations. Mr. Allen traveled to many of these locations to
provide on-site installation and training support. As the customer’s IT consultant to
Facilities, Security and Logistics, Mr. Allen has participated in 8 complete
OCONUS NEC/Embassy moves, consisting of site surveys, IT system
de-installation, packing, secure transit, and the re-installation and testing
of infrastructure and network systems in the new location. In addition,
Mr. Allen has traveled to remote locations to completely renovate offices
with new IT hardware. As a PM, Mr. Allen managed two developers
and two network engineers. He provided monthly financial status to the COTR,
developed and coordinated travel schedules to meet customer requirements, and
provided weekly project updates. Field Engineer Customer support of field
and HQ Network, Server, Lotus Notes/Domino ver. 3-8 upgrade installation
training and administration, printer/workstation installation, Lotus Notes
(LN), OS2, NT, Windows administration and Citrix use and
administration. Designed, built maintained a Lotus Notes
dialup replication server for tactical field stations Traveled to stations installed IT hardware,
trained on usage of dialup via STUlll notes replication. Maintained sharepoint site with field
inventories of IT equipment (laptops, pc’s, servers and printers). IMS/TRAINING
1996-1998 Mr. Allen was part of the customers User
training team (Lead Trainer) that trained via classroom and one on one in
CONUS and OCONUS locations. Training included desktop training of Microsoft
Office products, Lotus Notes and customer specific software. Mr. Allen
designed and built the original customers classrooms to facilitate the
beginning of classroom instruction for the customer's new LAN systems.
Mr. Allen Assisted with the original classroom documentation and continued to
update as needed with upgrades in software and hardware. American
Systems Corporation, Chantilly 1992 – 1996, Installer/Trainer Mr.
Allen worked on a Government contract performing field engineering duties
that included Complete installation of LAN/WAN hardware at customer’s OCONUS
locations, creating site drawings, ordering bills of material, shipping,
inventory, installation (WAN/LAN, power and peripherals), and training users
on LAN administration. The software utilized was OS/2 server, Windows
for Workgroups, Lotus Notes, TCP/IP, and Synoptics routers. Martin
Building, Inc., Hagerstown 1991, Electrician Mr.
Allen worked on a Department of Energy contract heading installation of
Electrical, communications and security systems, coordinated project
personnel, and project inventory. Mr. Allen installed communication
systems, fire alarm systems (simplex), security doors, console and video
equipment in the Franklin County prison. Daversa
Construction Co., Chambersburg 1990, Installer Mr.
Allen installed underground and aerial cable Networks as a sub contractor to
Adelphia Cable TV. USAISEC-CONUS,
Ft. Ritchie 1986 – 1990, Installer Mr.
Allen installed and diagnosed voice and data problems on central office
systems. He assisted team leaders in on-site engineering modifications,
test and acceptance, and quality control. Extensive equipment

Allen maintained, analyzed, and repaired communication systems consisting of
digital switchboards and telephones, HF radio systems (Motorola), and
